Billing, renewal and refunds
- Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle charges you, issues your invoice and collects applicable taxes; your statement will show a charge from Paddle.
- Prices are in US dollars. Taxes may apply depending on your country. In the UK, Ireland, Australia, Argentina, Chile, Mexico, Brazil, Colombia and Peru you pay in your local currency; the exact amount is shown before you confirm.
- Every PRO plan renews automatically at the end of each period (every month, every 3 months or every 6 months) until you cancel.
- On every PRO plan you get 5,000 credits each month, including the months inside a 3-month or 6-month period. Credits do not carry over to the next month.
- The introductory offer is for new customers on the monthly plan and can be used once per account. If you do not cancel before the 7 days end, the subscription continues at USD 29.99 per month.
- You can cancel at any time from the billing section of the app or by writing to support@chataimax.com. You keep PRO until the end of the period you have already paid.
- You can get a full refund for any reason within 14 days of each charge. See the Refund Policy.
